Brief Role Description

Master Trainers in Yoga educational Institutions, Yoga training Courses and training. He/she can also act as Evaluator and assessor of Yoga professionals. Can teach in studios, Institutions, colleges/ universities/ Institutions of higher Learning.

Requirement / Eligibility

There is no eligibility criteria for this certification. It is open for all candidates. To appear in this certification, it is suggested/ desired that the candidate should have passed 10th standard / secondary school certificate from a recognized board or equivalent.

Minimum Age : No age limit

Duration of Training

- Online Prep sessions : 7 days – 1 ½ hours each day combining theory and yoga sessions

- Personalized Yoga sessions at the Vishram Village Yoga Studio : 20 days – 6 hours each day combining theory and yoga sessions

- Online Prep sessions for Examination: 10 Days - 1 ½ hours daily yoga sessions

Daily Routine

7.00 am : Yogic Tea
7.30 - 9.30 : Practical Session
10.00 : Yogic Breakfast
10.30-12.00 : Theory Session / Discussion
2.00pm : Yogic lunch
3.00 - 4.00 : Theory Session / Discussion
5.30 - 7.00 : Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra
7.00pm : Yogic Dinner
