A commerce graduate with a Diploma in Hotel Management, Vinsulal brings over 15 years of culinary experience, specializing in South Indian cuisine. He has held key roles in reputed establishments, starting as an Assistant Chef at MIDHILA Business Executive Hotel and Palmgrove Lake Resort, before advancing to South Indian Chef at Mitra Hermitage Ayurveda Hospital. He later served as Executive Chef at Pankaj Classic Hotel and also the position of personal Chef at the Chief Secretary’s Official Residence in Thiruvananthapuram.
